Waterpark Side Seagull House 4 Bedroom & 3.5 Bath (Sleeps 14)

An eight-room, 4-bedroom 3.5 bath house located 1.5 short blocks from the ocean. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second & third bedrooms each have two double beds, and the fourth bedroom has one double bed. There is a living room with a pull-out couch, dining room, full kitchen and a screened porch overlooking the back yard. This option is equipped with a full-sized washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Located on the west side of Ocean Boulevard with no view of the ocean. 

  • -This unit is pet friendly
  • -A Cleaning Fee of $150 will be added to all units 3 Bedrooms or larger.
  • -Rental Houses require a $250 Cleaning Deposit and $150 Cleaning Fee, deposit is refundable upon completion of the House Rules.
