A $200 Security Deposit is required before the beginning of the rental term. The deposit is refundable three business days after departure, providing the unit is left in good condition. Rates include weekly exchange of towels, sheets and pillowcases, but DOES NOT include other housekeeping services. Housekeeping services is available upon request for a fee.
